My Story

In May of 2022, my beloved wife left me, with my two young children. I had been an out of control, angry mess, was a drug addict, had ruined my trust and my intimacy with her, and then had come to understand I had been a neglected adolescent after the death of my father, was suffering from CPTSD, and had ran from my pain though a lifelong use of cannabis, porn and had become a closet narcissist.

In the months that followed I threw myself into the therapy of creating music. The combination of sound and poetry was a way I had found to help make sense of my deep feelings of regret, shame, loneliness, loss and worthlessness.

6 months later I had written 14 songs. Inadvertently I had brought an album into being
